2025 Community Needs Assessment
2025 was the third iteration of the Hendricks County Community Needs Assessment following those in 2022 and 2019. The 2025 Survey, like the 2022 Survey, is an abbreviated version of the 2019 Survey to be used to update the data provided by people across our community. You can find the results to the 2019 survey here and the results to the 2022 survey here.
The goals of the assessment are to:
- help identify and prioritize needs in Hendricks County;
- unite institutions and resources from throughout our community; and,
- create solutions that produce significant, widely-shared and lasting results.
Beasleys’ Orchard
In the follow-up since the initial survey we have:
- provided grants to increase civic engagement and County pride;
- hosted “Meet the Candidates” events and supported a county-wide Voter’s Guide to increase civic engagement and voter education
- launched an engaging program to highlight our local elected officials with The Republican Newspaper;
- supported Indiana Citizen Inc. to promote voter registration and turnout in Hendricks County;
- launched a Behavioral Health Needs Assessment and Community Planning project to meet the growing mental and behavioral health needs in our community; and
- invested in the Hendricks County Bicentennial celebrations and events throughout the county
